You can read the posts without registering, but to post messages you'll need to register - which is free.

When registering you'll bee asked to verify you're human (as opposed to a spamBot) by identifying some garbled text.
If the text is too garbled then keep reloading  it (top blue button just to the right of the garbled text) until you get one that you can read.

Though not compulsory you might want to choose a avatar to associate with your account.
